Ready for Winter Season 2012-13?!
Peak Transfer is!
Due to the amount of snow that has fallen during the last few days in Chamonix, Winter Season 2012-13 kicks off this weekend!

Opening times: 08h45-16h30
Lifts open: Prarion gondala, Ecole, Kandahar, Maisonneuve and Voza chair lifts, weather permitting.
At Peak Transfer our vans have their snow tyres on and are all kitted up ready for the season. Our Peak Transfer tops, fleeces, gillets and hats are here, so when you arrive at the airport all you need to do is look out for our logo on our smartly dressed, and hopefully lovely and warm, drivers.
Our drivers arrive in Chamonix over the next couple of days. And as training doesn’t start until next week, they are going to be able to head straight up the mountain and take advantage of the early start to the season. Bonus! We’ll be introducing our Peak Transfer drivers to you in our News section, so you can get to know the team and put faces to the names.
A few of the Peak Transfer team jumped in the minibus and headed to Courmayeur, Italy last weekend. The main lifts were open and conditions up the mountain were a complete surprise. The snow was great! It was a fantastic opportunity to warm up the legs and of course enjoy the delicious Italian cuisine.
Courmayeur is a brilliant day out. Being able to get from Chamonix to Courmayeur and queuing for the lift in less than an hour is pretty unique. At Peak Transfer we offer a private transfer service direct from your accommodation to the lift station in Courmayeur. We’ll pick you up at a pre-arranged time and drop you back to your door in Chamonix ready for après! Simple.
The food up the mountain in Italy is superb! We can’t praise it enough. There are lots of great restaurants with tasty local dishes to fill even the biggest appetite. Make sure to leave room for a Bombardino! It’s a popular winter drink in Italy made by mixing Advocaat or eggnog and Brandy, served hot with whipped cream on top. This is the perfect luxury drink for up the mountain.
Whether you need a lift in resort or fancy skiing Italy for the day, we can take the stress out of getting there. To book a transfer all you need to do is submit an online enquiry or call us, we are really friendly and can help you maximise your time up the mountain!
